The Research, Analytics, and Development (RAD) Branch is part of the Energy Administration within DC’s Department of Energy and Environment (DOEE). RAD produces research and analysis to guide decision-making within DOEE and to impact public policy more broadly. RAD PAD presents research and analysis from researchers, scientists, and analysts at DOEE as well as from guest contributors outside the agency.
